
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item, please contact us at michelefillion3@gmail.com with the reason for return. Please note that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. After this period, the product will not be accepted for return. If you choose to return your order, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.
Returned goods must be unused, in the same condition as we sent them to you and in their original packaging. Stains, bent books, torn stamps or torn plastic wrapping will not be accepted. If the condition of the returned product is unacceptable, we reserve the right not to return or exchange it. Products that have been personalised cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that cannot be returned include items and products damaged due to customer mishandling. Gems Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
Full shipping address

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof of purchase so that we can return or exchange the product.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
It can take up to 14 working days from the date we receive the returned product to process the return. Once the return has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. You will receive a full refund for the returned item. In the case of non-defective goods, the refund does not cover any shipping and handling costs...
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 14 working days of receipt of the returned goods or cancellation request. If you have any questions about the time it takes to credit your account, please contact the bank that issued the card.
